Refunds
Please note that all items are non-refundable. However, we do offer exchanges subject to certain terms and conditions.

Exchange
We have a 7-day Exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. We currently only allow exchanges in case of damaged goods being delivered or the item you received is not what you ordered. We’re not offering exchange on the sale items.
To be eligible for an exchange, item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
 To start an exchange, you can contact us at wehear@kaprylylo.com. Please note If your request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.Please note that customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Cancellation or Modification of orders
Please note all paid orders are considered final and cannot be cancelled and modified after 24 hours of order placement. This policy ensures that we can fulfil our commitment to deliver high-quality products within estimated timeframe.
